What is CoClo?

CoClo is a Belgian second-hand platform offering curated, durable, and responsible clothing. Our goal is to make fashion more circular, local, and environmentally friendly.

How can I sell my clothes at CoClo?

To sell your clothes to Coclo:

  1. Contact us via email.
  2. We will pick up your clothes (depending on your location), or you can send them by post.
  3. We select which items to accept, evaluate their value, and offer a buyback price, which is converted into a voucher.
  4. We take photos, list the items online, and manage all the rest!


What kind of clothes don’t you accept?

We do not accept fast fashion clothes, meaning mass-produced, disposable, low-quality items (for example, H&M, Zara, Primark or Shein). These pieces often use unsustainable materials and have a high environmental impact.

At CoClo, we focus on durable, responsible, and stylish pieces.

How does CoClo evaluate the buyback price?

We consider:

  • the estimated original purchase price
  • the condition of the item,
  • its current second-hand market value.

We then offer a fair byback price, which will be converted into a voucher.

What do you do with items you don’t accept?

For items we do not accept:

  • We can send them back to you (at your expenses),
  • Or we donate them to local charities in need

How do you ensure quality?

Each item is carefully inspected, curated, and selected. We check the brand, condition, material, and durability of each garment to ensure a quality experience for buyers.

Can I change my mind after purchase?

Yes, you have 15 days after receiving your item to change your mind and request a return.

How does the upcycling work at CoClo?

We accept items with holes, stains, or no longer in style and give them a second life. Upcycled pieces are listed on the website under the brand “CoClo Custom”.

How do the vouchers work?

After the buyback, the offered price is converted into a voucher, which can be used immediately on our platform (no need to wait for the item to be sold!).

Do I need to have sold clothes to buy on CoClo?

No! You can completely treat yourself on Coclo without sending any clothes first.

How does delivery work?

Two options:

  1. Home delivery (shipping costs at your expense)
  2. Pick-up by appointment in Brussels or Waterloo (our team will contact you to arrange a pick-up time)
